Time Offset
You only have to do this once per computer. The calendar will load in your time each time you open it for the next 10 years (unless you 'spring clean' your computer then you will have to reset it ) More Help for setting the Calendar time to YOUR time - click here You can set the calendar to send you emailed notifications of new events added, changes, cancellations and for those events you definitely dont want to miss order a reminder to be sent the day before - click here to learn how . NOTE you must double check your email address - I get a lot of bounce notices I cannot tell who they belong to let you know and be sure to keep your email updated when you change it - the calendar is seperate from the BIL database so has to be updated seperately . Display: The default display is month/block view Select from the drop down menus to whichever view you prefer - Day, Week - by List , Block etc
To print : You should be able to print it using the printer Icon in your upper tool bar or right click on the body of the calendar in any blank space You can choose what to print by changing the Display setting of the calendar Just above the calendar listing you will see Display : Month Block Use the down arrows to select Month, week or day and the down arrow to select Block, List , Condensed, or Time plan ( allow a few seconds for it to change) Remember the calendar default is US Eastern Time - referred to as ET (New York) time so if you are not in that time zone change the calendar to your time zone - instructions at the top and bottom of the calendar page
